Mylon Oderson WASON is a Barbadian entrepreneur and enterprise architect with more than four decades of experience in business development, marketing, financial services, distribution and international commerce. His foundational professional education was insurance sales training at Barbados Life Insurance. Beyond that foundation, he developed his entrepreneurial capabilities through self-directed learning, necessity and practical service to others.
The principle that shaped his career
“I became everything I needed to become because someone else needed my help in that area.” This guiding principle informed his evolution across insurance, real estate, telecommunications retail, merchant services, enterprise development and technology strategy.
Engineering enterprises
Wason established Oderson Incorporated in Barbados in 1988. Today he serves as Chairman and CEO of Oderson Holdings Ltd., whose guiding corporate philosophy is ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES™.
Governance and Global Africa
As Sovereign Architect & Custodian of WFSG and Administrator of ODIECLOUD²π, he is pursuing a governed economic operating system that connects people, businesses, governments, institutions, investors, technology, commerce, capital and knowledge across Africa, the Caribbean and the global African diaspora.

His institutional initiatives include ODIEBOARD OrgOS, ODIEXA, AAL enterprise distribution, ODIXA, Oπ Intelligence and CONNECT. These systems are at varying stages of development, governance and deployment.
Sport, teaching and lifelong learning
Wason has trained in and taught karate for more than 40 years and holds a sixth-degree black belt (6th Dan). He has played squash since the age of 15 and has enjoyed pickleball for the past three years. Sport and martial arts teaching reinforce his commitment to discipline, continuous learning and helping others develop their capabilities.
Mission and legacy
His long-term ambition is to engineer enterprises, connect opportunity, develop human capability and contribute to sustainable economic participation across Global Africa.
